At Pierced Universe, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, items that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened heat-sealed clear packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a photo of the sealed items to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the jewelry in a padded envelope or small box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure prompt processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
